Renewal Cycle

Cycle: 12-month rolling renewal from join date.
Payment methods: GCash, Maya, Visa/Mastercard, BPI/BDO debit.
Grace period: 14-day grace window after expiry — benefits paused but data retained.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime; benefits continue until the end of the current 12-month cycle. No pro-rata refunds.
Auto-renewal: Auto-renews unless cancelled 7 days before cycle end. Renewal reminder sent 30 / 14 / 7 days out.
