Renewal Cycle

Cycle: 12-month contract with quarterly true-up against seat utilization.
Payment methods: Bank transfer, corporate card, or PO terms (Net-30). Annual or quarterly billing.
Grace period: 60-day window to consume unused seats after contract end.
Cancellation: 90-day notice required. Unused pre-paid seats convert to gift vouchers at 80% face value.
Auto-renewal: Renewal negotiated at quarterly business review. Volume tier auto-upgrades at 150% seat usage.
