Cycle: 12-month rolling renewal from join date.
Payment methods: GCash, Maya, Visa/Mastercard, BPI/BDO debit, installment via Atome (3 mo).
Grace period: 14-day grace window after expiry — benefits paused but locker & member ID retained.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime; downgrades to Soldier at cycle end with locker forfeited.
Auto-renewal: Auto-renews with 10% loyalty discount from year 2 onward. Renewal reminder at 30 / 14 / 7 days.
